In 2019, 54% of media pieces had a very good structure, and 42% adjudged to have a fair one. Only 4% of the units assessed had structural challenges. National radio had 61% of their articles considered to be structurally sound. TV, with 60%, performed better than average. Newspaper performed poorly with 47%. Newspapers suffered greatly in 2019 with the number of articles with very good structure reducing from 57% to 47%. In national radio, the ﬁgure rose from 49% to 61%.
